Shipping Policy
Courier Shipping: Our courier partners delivering orders are currently experiencing very high volumes and long delivery delays throughout New Zealand, with destinations in Auckland.
Estimated delivery time after we have shipped your order by different regions as below:
Auckland: 3-10 workdays
North Island except AKL: 3-10workdays
South Island: 3-10 workdays
Please note: Estimated delivery time is NOT a guaranteed delivery time. Delivery time could be affected by many factors.
Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm from Monday to Saturday.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a NZ Post tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@evport.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
